Contracting someone else to do your billing is the easiest way to free up your time as a group/individual practice owner.
Below are the options we provide to assist with your company’s billing needs. Each option can be adjusted to best fit your needs. Open to hourly or percentage contracts based on your needs.
- Medical Billing Services (self pay clients only)
- Client Estimates (Good Faith Estimates) sent to all new self-pay clients
- Contact with clients to get payments for services rendered
- Insurance Billing Services
- Verification of eligibility and benefits of all new insurance clients
- Client Estimates (Good Faith Estimates) sent to all new clients
- Submission of claims through the insurance website or your company’s EHR
- Submission of claims to secondary insurance provider (if this aligns with your company policies)
- Follow up on denied/rejected claims
- Contact with clients to get payments for services rendered
- No billing services – only Accounts Receivable EHR System Cleanup Services
- A deep dive into all active and intactive client accounts
- Looking at any credits or balances on the client account
- Looking at any credits or balances with the insurance on the client account.
- Creating a plan for next steps to clean up your client accounts
- This will include submitting corrected claims to insurance, writing off insurance/client balances, or invoices the clients for payment.
- Denied claim support
- A deep dive into all active and intactive client accounts
- Credentialing support (non-Medicare/Medicaid plans only)

- Mental Health Providers in Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Texas, Virginia, Washington
- Non-Mental Health Providers in Arizona, Illinois and Washington. These include Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Medical Nutrition Therapy providers.
Expected Costs
If you have 3 or fewer providers (60 or less claims per week) we recommend a percentage based model. If you have more than 3 providers, or you only need support for our “cleanup” services, an hourly contract will be provided.
